Door servicing includes the following:

A fifteen (15)-point safety inspection on each door.

A twelve (12)-point safety inspection on each garage door opener.

Servicing of doors includes the tightening or replacement of defective bolts and nuts, lubrication of rollers, pulleys and cables, & adjustment of springs.

Key pad & transmitter batteries are checked and replaced FREE (up to 2 batteries) if needed.

A detailed inspection checklist is completed, noting any safety issues or needed repairs.

Checklist is reviewed with customer if available.

Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the customer prior to service technician's departure.
